He did skin his gloves against Ortiz though.
He pulled all the padding up onto the knuckle part of the glove during the Ortiz fight. It's common among power punchers to do that. Pacquiao even does it. Maidana does it.
But I was surprised to see Floyd's glove bunched up like that during the fight. He was throwing fireballs in that fight too.Comment

Floyd doesn't fight in other states, he fights in Nevada where it is legal. And on top of that he submits himself to random drug testing by USADA as well.
