        Xylocane is legal in nevada and floyd can use it anytime he wants.

            He did skin his gloves against Ortiz though.


            He pulled all the padding up onto the knuckle part of the glove during the Ortiz fight. It's common among power punchers to do that. Pacquiao even does it. Maidana does it.

            But I was surprised to see Floyd's glove bunched up like that during the fight. He was throwing fireballs in that fight too.

                  What exactly do you consider shut down? seriously is your brain capable of answering why the other commissions deemed it illegal? why do you think its banned in other states whats yoru opinion of why its banned?

                    Floyd doesn't fight in other states, he fights in Nevada where it is legal. And on top of that he submits himself to random drug testing by USADA as well.

                    The man is above reproach, unlike some other coward fighters who claim to be afraid of needles.

                      Again why do you think the commissions outside of Nevada banned the substance he uses?
