I used to have a subscrption to it except the articles and everything was awesome, but it was so outdated it wasn't even funny. You'll get a full fight coverage of a big fight about 2 months later and by the time the excitement has sizzled out.

I personally wouldn't subscribe to it. I've bought it on occasion at like airports because I was bored, but for being the preeminent boxing publication I was shocked at how amateurish it was. Some of the writing was incredibly biased, which would be fine if it was presented as opinion instead of under the guise of objectivity. I honestly felt like I was reading some NSB posts when I read the magazine.

I subscribe mainly because it's really the only boxing magazine out there and I like to read some boxing when I'm on the ****ter.

They do have good articles and even great articles. Lots of good information on oldschool fighters, etc.

It is outdated though at the time of it's release, but I instantly get my boxing news via online so anything would be outdated to me.

This is the way of magazines in general. Why pay when you can get information for free online? It's not something for everyone, but I like I said, I enjoy taking extra long bathroom breaks at work and reading boxing magazines lmao

I bought 4 issues of Ring Magazine and I would I like them the most but the rest really annoyed me.

I mean the articles were really biased heavily favoring one fighter and completely ignoring the other fighter (opponent).

Also, spelling mistakes in a publication with Editors and staff? Come on, I mean my high school teacher wouldn't even give them a C in some of their rambling articles.

Lastly, what is up with writers writing like how they would talk really inappropriate for the so called "Bible" of boxing. It feels like it has no class at all.

It just plain old suck. I might as well read BoxingScene articles because I came to expect little to no standards at writing and heavily opinionated as well - the only selling point of this site is that it is free not like the Ring Magazine.

You question me of saving $200 for an I-phone when you can't even buy a single copy of THE RING for $9??

I thought you make $50 and hour?
