Question to Mexican fans about Julio Cesar Chavez

I just watched a documentary on JCC today and I noticed that the guy took unbelievable amounts of punches every fight, he would walk right through punches to land his own. Since he has had over 100 fights it just seems logical that he must be punch drunk. But I don't speak spanish so I can't tell when I hear him talk. So my question is for the spanish speakers(preffably mexicans), does JCC show any signs of brain trauma today? It would be crazy if he doesn't.

i think people under rated his defense, he sure took a good shot but he blocked and ducked many more. If you notice in his prime he would take a lot of flush shots and the ones that landed on his forehead or top of his head.

The man didnt take that many punches as it seems. And like Brown Bomber said... the man is fine.

If anything he's made changes for the better because late in his career he was a party animal, and now he doesnt drink.

I'm not a doctor but with well over 100 professional fights, years of sparring, the rumored alcohol abuse and lets assume hes had a few street fights or bar room brawls in his GREAT career...

I'm guessing those eggs are scranbled. Unfortunately!

                  I am not mexican but

                  1) Jc defense is overrated

                  2) apparently his skull was thicker than normal
