Ortiz was making contact, he was also making Floyd mis quite a bit, he also made Floyd throw more shots than he normally does throw and the majority of them were power punches the jab was did not make it to the ring that night, the lead check hook didnt make it neither.

all this and Floyd had to win illegally by cheap shotting him now if Ortiz who is a fighter known to be mentally weak, if he can make it that kind of fight, Manny will abuse Mayweather I dont even think the fight will be close I honestly think Manny destroys him....

What the **** are you talking about? What Floyd could have done for it not to be illegal, is hit him and not wait for Ortiz to hug him, he knew what he was doing and according to Nevadas rules posted its a foul....

That will never be a legit win in my eyes, I am sure *****s are loving that win becuase its the first time in ages since Floyd has stopped an opponent....

But as far as I see it dont expect me to give credit for that win there the rules are posted Floyds actions are described in #14

there would also have to be some kind of well defined and specified time limit of 'hugging time' or 'apology time' after a foul

lets not forget the rule about what a fighter must do immediately after an apology... go to neutral corner? touch their toes? do a jumping jack?

in which case, there would also be a rule that defines whether or not a fighter has to accept an apology, etc

also, HOW the apology can and cannot be made... allowed to hug? kiss? touch gloves only?

LOL dude, Floyd did not bait Ortiz into doing anything. When Floyd extended his arms to Ortiz that was to touch gloves NOT hug! Since when does Floyd hug anybody? When Floyd extended his arms to touch gloves Ortiz touched FLoyds gloves then reached in for yet ANOTHER hug and at that point Floyd already had his hands up to resume fighting. Ortiz pulled back with his hands down and Mayweather caught him with a combination. No trick since the fight was on.

you can tell yourself what ever you want... I even have the WBC on Twitter telling me the same **** and saying that if Nevada decides to do something they will act but likely Nevada wont do anything because Floyd is a resident
