The guy isn't exactly a complete stiff, but a loss to Vivian Harris tells me all i need to know about him.
I think Hatton is going to be compelled to face him, as a quick mandatory after gaining a belt is often the done thing. Would also act as a good warm up for Cotto/Mayweather.
The IBF mandatory is Naoufel Ben Rabah (i think) who would be far easier pickings.
at least ben rabah has fought alot of 12 rders,still neither have
made any waves, hatton shouldrematch tsyzu, then go for floyd who
in the meantime will beat mitchell, then cotto, i can dream
