    Meet Katie Tayler!

4 time world champion, 5 time European champion, and 4 time European Union champion.

She's Ireland's biggest hope for a Gold medal at the Olympics, I read.

    Here she spars with Rigondeaux.

She is very popular in Ireland, as she's been appearing in many TV shows. Regarded as the best P4P female amateur in the world.

My parents are from Ireland and im born and raised in Chicago and she is always on the irish radio and in irish newspapers. They talk about her, Andy Lee, Matthew Macklin, and Jamie Kavanagh. They used to talk about John Duddy all the time before he retired but he was all hype.

I hope she wins gold for Irish Women's Boxing.

Was I supposed to hear of her now? I'm pretty sure 90% of boxingscene members haven't heard of her either, I would say. Women's boxing is not very big.
