Growth hormone is a 191-amino acid, single-chain polypeptide that is synthesized, stored, and secreted by the somatotroph cells within the lateral wings of the anterior pituitary gland. Somatotropin refers to the growth hormone 1 produced naturally in animals, whereas the term somatropin refers to growth hormone produced by recombinant DNA technology, and is abbreviated "HGH" in humans.
In its role as an anabolic agent, HGH has been abused by competitors in sports since the 1970s, and it has been banned by the IOC and NCAA. Traditional urine analysis can not detect doping with HGH, so the ban was unenforceable until the early 2000s when blood tests that could distinguish between natural and artificial HGH were starting to be developed. Blood tests conducted by WADA at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece targeted primarily HGH.

Cotto = Catchweight fight
Margarito = Catchweight fight
Marquez I and II = Controversy
De La Hoya = Weight drained and Mayweather beat De La Hoya at his real weight before after De La Hoya beat Ricardo Mayorga by KO in the 6th round
Erik Morales Rematches = Weight drained
Agapito Sánchez = Draw
Singsurat = Pacquiao lost by knock out
Torrecampo = Pacquiao lost by knock out
Erik Morales at his real weight = Pacquiao lost
Clottey = Nobody
Hatton = Lost his undefeated record against Mayweather
Mosley = Mosley was 39 years old and Mayweather already beat him after Mosley beat Antonio Margarito by KO in 9th round
Marquez III = Cheating on the weight again and Marquez is 38 years old
And some people believe that he ducked Joan Guzman,Juan Diaz and Nate Campbell.
Juan Diaz called him out but Pacquiao choosed to fight an easier opponent , David Diaz.
I WOULD SAY THAT POOCHIAO IS AN ALL TIME FRAUD

I could tell that 99% of people in this forum have never been inside a ring, and don't know **** about the process of getting ready for a fight.
Now for the people who actually know something about boxing, should know that ever since the 2nd Barrera fight up to his first and last fight at 135 against Diaz, Pacquiao has been coming in on fight night weighing between 144 to 147. Moving onto his first fight at 147 against De La Hoya, guess what weight he came in at on fight night... 148. Which means that Pacquiao has been growing into a welterweight before he even made the official move. The reason Pacquiao is so strong at the higher weights is because he doesn't have to kill himself trying to make weight anymore. Even Naazim Richardson (who actually knows something about boxing) said something about it: "All of these guys underestimate Pacquiao thinking he's the small man. When I met Pacquiao, I wasn't saying how does this guy make welterweight? I was saying how in the hell was he making 130 and 135? Pacquiao is a big dude. Cotto keeps saying he's the bigger man, but that's going to be his downfall because if they make him suck down to 142-43, then his strength becomes his weakness because he is the bigger man and that is a lot of weight for him to cut. I always thought Cotto was draining down too much to make junior welterweight and that was the reason he used to get dropped so much."
