This is reminiscent of Ward-Dirrell. Chambers and Thompson are good friends and I suspect Chambers did not feel comfortable fighting him. It's all well and good though, I don't think Chambers-Thompson fight would've been good anyway...Comment

Pronounciation and transliteration aren't the same thing. English and German prounounciation for the same letters are different in some instances, so the spelling (transliterations) should reflect that.
The German spelling of his first name Wladimir, Germans pronounce the letter W as "V", do you as a english speaker? English it should be Volodymyr. I could care less if Germans or English speakers want to *** up his name, i'll say it the way i always have and the way its said.
