Why cant we get some rich Saudi/Russian Billionaires into Boxing so they can put on proper fights?

Instead we gets goofs and clowns like Frank Warren, Bob Arum, Lou Dibella, "Al-Haymon", Gary Shaw, Goossen, Don King, Ahmet Oner, Shaugnessy/Maloney, etc etc

^ Half that list is already full crooked scum who need to be taken into a desert and the others are inspired to be like them who's only goal in Boxing is to bury the sport into the grave and make as much cash off it without putting anything into it.
