They may not be the preferred opponents, but who is? And I am not making excuses but Tarver did just beat a Ring top ten cruiserweight. With that said many fans on this forum are acting as if heavyweights fighting smaller men is some kind of new phenomenon when it has been happening forever. The only difference being the smaller man was usually an over matched light heavyweight.
