Yup. He had a fight with Teon Kennedy all but set and HBO agreed to televise. Then he started with the bull**** catchweight and Kennedy pulled out.

Now he's fighting this guy and HBO will only show highlights. Great job Haymon.

Yep it's some other guy with the exact same name, a small Viet looking dude that uses way too much hair gel. Saw him on FNF once, main event I think, he got owned pretty hard.

He gave Del Valle a good challenge.

it should be a good test for russell on paper but dat is just tough , he is slow and his defense is very poor. should be a comfortable UD by russell imo.

However, Russell's bout has been axed from the live broadcast and HBO will only show highlights of his bout against Dat Nguyen (17-2, 6 KOs), according to the network. The change comes because of issues over HBO's agreeing on an opponent it deemed worthy of the live broadcast.
