    Super Cruiserweight division...

For those who think 17 weight divisions is far too many, this idea won’t appeal, but i think CW should be split into Cruiserweight (175-187) and Super CW (187-200) for example.

For too long now CWs are heading north directly into the HW division where they simply can’t compete, with the exception of Holyfield, who can claim to have made such a big jump successfully? Ok, Haye won a portion of the HW title, indeed against the largest HW of all time, but Valuev was/is a freak and not an elite boxer by any stretch of the imagination.

I would LOVE to see the CW division be more competitive and lucrative. These are still BIG men and they hit hard, but the razzle dazzle glamour simply isn’t there. As soon as someone makes their mark they jump up to HW.

The CW division WOULD be financially viable IF it were promoted right, if fighters remained within its 25lb range and if promoters gave it a chance.

Perhaps im the only one who thinks like this, but it’s a lonely weight category and splitting it in half would shake it up considerably, something it BADLY needs.

How about a cap for Heavyweight so 300 pound monster freak giants like Shrek don't fight people who're 20 pounds over 200?
Of course I'm talking about Valuev.
Seriously... how is this even remotely fair?

Don't tell this idea to the WBA or WBC...
