They could have been tested again where as a cut off they would know for a fact they wouldn't be tested again. Major difference.

Mayweather's a scared chicken, hence the random drug testing request... Mosley and Ortiz agreed and they fought. Pacquiao is clean as a whistle and he has nothing to hide so, agree to the test and get an easy 50 million to beat up a scared chicken.

This is what I was talkin about earlier, how these morons will take that 10 day thing you mentioned and run with it.

The key thing is that a cutoff date means testing stops completely. But for the Mayweather-Ortiz fight, they were randomly tested even on the day of the fight (afterwards as you said before). That's why I didn't like the 10 days out mention in your original post, because it implies that testing stopped completely at that point. But that wasn't the case. And it seems as though some of these idiots totally took that and ran with it.
