It's funny that when Manny stated with a cutoff period the Floyd fans went crazy and that its not OST therefore NOT acceptable ....

Yes, and you conveniently glance over the fact that Mayweather was tested for blood and urine immediately on July 22. Whereas, Ortiz didn't get his blood drawn until August 9, after two random urine tests.

Then towards the end, Mayweather gets a random blood and urine test on September 8, whereas Ortiz took the same on September 7 (a day before). Then they both take blood and urine tests again, on September 17.
