Funny seeing the smartest man in the room that made his living swindling fighters get outsmarted by a fighter~
Well that was one instance according to your story. Doesn't change the fact that he's the CEO of the most successful boxing promoter. Not trying to defend Arum, I think he's a piece of crap, just saying.

Still it was Floyd's move involving his career, Arum got played by Floyd~

Any boxing fan should at least find that amusing knowing Arum's history~

He has done well playing fighters~ he has made a career of it.

I just find it comical a guy that people have no respect for, regarding his intelligence played the smartest man in the room.

I find it very fitting, I don't hate Arum he takes risk and gets paid accordingly but it is still funny to me to see a fighter get over on him because that pretty much never happens.

When you use a contraction (I'm, we're, they're), then you would need to use the past tense for the verb (action word, in this case confuse or impress).

So, it would be I'm confused or I'm impressed.

If you wanted to use those words in the present tense you would say, "Trying to figure out these concepts confuse me" or "Pretty, smart women impress me".

You would want to use "impressed" and "confused"

For example: "I'm impressed with Bob Arum's credentials but I'm confused as to why he says so many ****** things."

To use them in the present tense you would need to say something like: "Bob Arum does impress me but he also does confuse me with the ****** **** he says."

Why you ask? Cuz English is a confusing language.

Hilarious examples and yes, the English language is confusing and one of the hardest to master because it is very complex. I'm actually in graduate school now to become a Secondary English teacher.

                      No, it's not.

Dutch grammar, for example, is much harder.
