It shouldnt be a surprise the judge let him off on this one. The courts will let the small charges go if you are on trial for much more serious offenses. They don't want this to interfere with the real charges. You know, the multiple felonies and domestic violence in Vegas which is probably the harshest state when it comes to that sort of thing.
You sure about that? Not that I condone domestic violence, but there is a reason why COPS was always filmed in Vegas and Florida.
