It is nice to hear that Pacquiao is taking this fight seriously!!! To finally put an end to this debate who the real winner is. It's always a double edge sword for Pacquiao's fight with his detractors.. If he does not fight Marquez they say he ducked him, now he's fighting him, they are saying JMM is to old and way outclassed. One thing for sure this fight will be a War!!!

It's the truth. They say he ducked him because he didn't give a young Marquez a 3rd fight after their 2nd and instead fought the inexperienced David Diaz. They say he's fighting Marquez now because he's old because Marquez is almost 40. If Pac had fought him after their 2nd fight none of this would be said.

IMO this fight is going to be competitive like the first two. It's going to be a freakin' war and probably a fight of the year candidate. i'm looking at a marquez lose albeit without a KO. pacman won't be able to KO marquez. that's because marquez is smart enought not to glorify pac with a that. as he has always been doing in the past, he has his way of entertaining the fans while avoiding a KO when it seems inevitable. he's boxrec will tell you that. and unlike mayweather who doesn't have the balls to face pacquiao in the ring, marquez is all heart for the fight. "marquez - no retreat no surrender!"

I don't think Marquez will make it out of this fight without getting seriously hurt in the process. Manny is going to brutalize Marquez in this fight and I'm not quite sure JMM will make it to the last bell. If Marquez were to make it to the last bell without getting seriously hurt I'd thoroughly impressed. Anyway this fight has Pac either winning a wide UD or a late round TKO but I'm hoping JMM can pull a rabbit out of the hat and make this fight somewhat competitive.
