people overrate him because of his undefeated (protected) record and the ora of nobody knowing who the hell he is. I've watched him and Malignaggi would punish his ass

Is this guy not allowed to leave Ukraine or what? All of his fights have been in Donetsk, Ukraine the last few years.

Is he gonna go the Calzaghe route, milk the title, and claim thet Mayweather and Pacquiao been ducking him, and that he was willing to go to the U.S.

Or is this where he and his promoters legitimately believe is the best selling location, to make money?

You guys are ripping a boxer you don't know about nor probably even watched.

Senchenko is good. He at least deserves a shot at the best. But Freddie is just talking out of his ass now. He's considered just about every WW possible. So he isn't serious about Senchenko.

It'd be great to see Senchenko get a shot to make his name well known though.

Just look at Zaveck. Not well known and gave Berto hell. Senchenko probs can't beat Pacquiao but it's a great opportunity to show your stuff.

Well it makes sense since he holds a belt. But he should fight in America first. And he hasn't beat 'somebody' yet.

I think given the chance a lot of guys will impress. The sport is full of hidden gems. Let us remember that both Winky and Martinez were absolutely nobodies who fought absolute nobodies and made the most of their chances, even Sturm was that guy once before facing Oscar, he made the most of that and has done nothing since.. but you get the point.

Pirog made the most of it
              Barker impressed
Narv, although he did nothing.. with his jab and defense alone proved to me, as the smaller fighter, that he was a better technician than Donaire albeit a less determined one.

So much talent going to waste right now, who knows what else is out there waiting to break out.

im ripping him because i have watched him fight. seems to me everyone is praising this guy while they have never watched him fight. He is a protected fighter. No different than Sven Ottke. Hell Senchenko may be more protected than Senchenko

I've seen the 5 fights I could get a hold of on youtube of him, and another 4 fights from the boxingvideoarchive site. He's not bad, at all. Has a decent head on his shoulders but he's got 1 gear. I've seen him finish in the 12th the same we he's started in the first. I've seen him come back from being hurt by doing nothing different than what he did at the opening bell.

He is what you see, a good fighter waiting for a break.. but will most likely not have what it takes against better comp with a killer instinct or a pulse that beats for all 12. But who knows.

To be fair, I've also seen Winky struggle with a 16-22 fighter when he was 30-1, and a 7-9 fighter get some decent moments in against Martinez when he was 34-1-1. I've also seen Pirog look like trash over and over again before showing up huge against Jacobs, only to look lack luster again in each fight after that.

I think a lot of these guys are just waiting for the right time to give it their all. Barker comes to mind right now, though he lost.

I was howling at the fact you said Sencheck 'probs' can't beat Pac..... Probably can't? ROFL...Please stop. How the hell does he deserve a shot at the best? Cause he has an interim WW title? The guy hasn't fought any notable WW.

I'm sure it's a great opportunity to be either KO'd cold or face bloodied on the canvas. He should fight Kell Brook or something.

you should remember roach is just stating his opinion. he's not the matchmaker. maybe he saw potential in senchenko, but a guy hasn't been below #20 in opposition. that's weak regardless of talent.
