Mark Taffet and the whole of HBO are very quiet and are not saying anything about PPV buys regarding the recent Mayweather/Ortiz fight. We are just wondering why ... in the past HBO is always quick to say and reveal to the public the PPV sold in any given fight. Months have passed and nobody from HBO is honest enough to reveal to the world the true PPV sold for the Mayweather/Ortiz fight. Few days ago a very reliable source told the boxing world that the Mayweather/Ortiz fight just sold a mere 500K PPV buys, but many are saying that it is lower than that because the live gates receipts are only showing a total of Nine Million Dollars.

still a lot of haiting going on here, to be truthful Pac alone is good for 700K+ PPV as show with his fight with clottey, Marquez and their rivalry brings in a lot of hits as both PAC & JMM are co holders of PPV record for lightweight and below at 400K or was it 450k...

I am sure Cotto-Margarito will also bring in a lot of hits as well ...
