A manager brought me a woman to train, she is not bad but then he asked if i would be in her corner and of course i said yes. Then he asked me who i thought was the best female boxer and i told him i dont know because i dont watch womans boxing and he got an attitude and threatned to have someone else train her and to that i laughed at him and told him i dont need the $50 i would get for working her corner anyway and then he calmed down. So that leads me to my question for the hard core boxing fans on this site who here watchs womans boxing?

I have watched some Ultimate Surrender vids in the past...I guess that sorta counts?
The last time I watched women's boxing was back when Leila Ali was getting some hype...Comment

I respect the women boxers but when I usually do catch a womans fight, it usually devolves into a slugfest quickly. Can anybody list any technical female fighters. Maybe I missed some of them.Comment

Not usually~ but generally speaking if a broad was putting girls to sleep on a regular basis I wouldn't have a real issue watching.
To me women's boxing just lacks that explosion in general so it is real repetitive, and in general the talent pool is shallow so even if there is a woman worth watching the chances she meets a worthy challenger that could really test her resolve are slim at best.
Tough to get into that and nothing worth ******** on~Comment

not a fan of women's sports. Well, is mud wrestling a sport? ... i kid, i kid.
unfortunately, women's bball, soccer, boxing, etc. don't entertain me.
Being from the Bay area, though, i've heard of a filipina woman's boxer out of the bay area. Never watched her.
Ana “The Hurricane” Julaton. Supposedly, she was suppose to have trained with roach this past year. don't know if it ever happened though.Comment
