that was a beautiful fight, linares couldhave been killed, linares is a pitty pat puncher whose pretty but his punches dont do shiat, then on top of that he cant take a punch very well.demarco would stop him in far less time in a rematch , theres this tendencey to overhype anything wild card, linares while boxing pretty isnt the goods and niether is anyone in that gym EXCEPT for the pacman.great stoppage linares wouldve been k'od.while being very passive drmarco is a real mexican prizefighter he has resolve and power to hang with anyone a great trainer would do him well.mexicans dont always win but man they are simply the most consistently winning group in boxing.linares outconnected demarco but again the fight went to demarcos control from the 5th round on.a talk of a rematch is just ****** thats just pride and ******ity talking. thats just would be a career ender for linares, guy should retire hes not for this sport.doesnt have the power, chin, resolve or heart, he will just wind up getting severly hurt, retire linares this sport isnt for you for your own good.just because omeone looks like the goods and you want him to be the goods dont mean he is, linares 2 losses exposes this, speed isnt the only assest needed for this sport thats just a component.

Linares face wasn't even bruised up, anyones face can cut up. DeMarco is a joke, he'll get brutally beaten by Morales. He shouldn't even be allowed to utter the name Erik Morales.

He beat Linares fair and square. There is no need for an immediate rematch because there was no controversy. Linares was cut to shreds and out on his feet. Time to have a unification bout with Rios. Morales won't be able to make the weight nor should he- he already has a "title" at 140. Rios and Demarco should fight in February.

demarco just brutally beat down your guy a champion nonetheless,up until he got beat by valero the guy was a rising star, but I cant hold him to a standard that not even pacman himself will ever live up to.And what I mean is pac wouldve lost to valero as well brutally and too pac has never nor will he ever fight anyone as fast ,dangerous, hard hitting and in their most brutal prime as an edwin valero was for that I give demarco props.thats a fact not a matter of opinion as pacs opponent selection is undebatable it is what it is.because he faced a guy manny would have surley ducked just like he ducks everyone in their prime and equally dangerous.pac only fights slow punching washed up guys coming off of losses while he is a great fighter theres no denying he's been and continues to be heavily protected this is very deliberate by himself and his team.same goes for linares the second they put him in with a guy with decent skill and in their prime he gets beat down.pac wouldnt lose to just anybody but to animal like valero he surley wouldve as he just gets hit too much.linares doesnt belong at this level this sport isnt for him, as far as demarco losing to a washed up morales its not likley but maybe he could out box demarco, but its very unlikley morales has been washed up for too many years despite being an all-time great.

id like to see demarco get some easy fights winnable fights so he can make some cash for his family, pac and all the big names dont ever risk it by takling on young and dangerous lions like rios why should demarco???pac aint faced a valero ever??? aint gonna start now either. demarco deserves to make some dough too he needs a better promotor like arum that will pad his record for the sake of making him a name and getting him some money.demarco is too passive but his resolve power and chin are championship quality indeed.

DeMarco is a true warrior! One of my 5 favorite fighters right now. Today's DeMarco would have been hell for Valero. In that fight he looked like he had stage fright as was not letting his punches go...not the same guy who had been on a tear on ShowBox fights. He was taking Valero's punches well but he sort of resigned or was not all there that night. Now he is back on track.

The ignorant ***s who think the Linares fight was stopped too soon probably thought the Martinez vs Williams fight was stopped too early. And yeah - it IS the same! When a fighter has blood GUSHING like hoses out of THREE ***ing holes in his face, he damn sure is in the same condition as Williams - UNABLE TO CONTINUE!

I thought the fight being stopped was a bad call tbh..I think they need to mix it up again the fight being stopped to early being the main reason why...
