Hopkins never apologized to the fans, but Donaire did

Donaire who fought a complete, full 12-round fight, and foul-free fight on FREE HBO, apologized to all the boxing fans for not being involved in a better fight.

On the other hand, Bernard Hopkins who was fighting in the main event of a $49.95 PPV never once apologized to the fans who were robbed of their money (like me). I know injuries happens, and the man is a legend, but never once did he look like he felt sympathy for all the people who were in at Staples and at home.

Oh and F.CK anyone who calls me a crybaby, I'm stating my opinion.

Is it a requirement to apologize?

he didn't apologize cuz he honestly probably doesn't care

he doesn't want people to get any smart ideas like this true boxing fan because he probably gets a cut of the ppv

          We, Filipinos, are good people.

I saw the pain on Donaire's face as he looked so sad and disgusted with his fight against the second coming of Joshua Clottey in Omar Narvaez.

I cried a little when I saw how pained Donaire was about it.

Dawson also apologized in the post fight interview. So, so far everyone apologized for their boring fights/bizarre endings except Hopkins.

Hopkins is crazy, when Kellerman pointed out how the fans were reacting to the fight. Hopkins said, the fans are on my side blah blah blah..when clearly you can hear the fans booing him in the background.

That was after the bell rang in the 12th round. Narvaez was jumping with joy because he didn't get KTFO, while Nonito, although he knew he comfortably won the fight, was so dejected because he couldn't give the fans their money's worth. This picture says a thousand words...

I was there and the booing really got to him. They were mostly for Narvaez though because a good amount of people stayed afterwards to see him in the ring talking and he apologized again and said thanks for coming out.

I hate to be on Nonito's opponent shoes with his next fight as he will want to erase this with a superlative performance...
