An average person is 60-85 PSI. From what I have read and seen,It takes about it takes 87-146 psi to break a jaw. Fight science had a test and the martial artist generated between 194 and 336 psi.Take the force and divide/Multiply by 7.73 and you get your psi/force.
            - Sources Southern Shaolin martial artist and mythbusters.

on a sidenote. i remember this dude's dad (he was a very large angry psycho kinda guy) talking about 300 psi and he had some amateur boxing experience. based on that and the mythbusters thing i would say 794 is a pretty good punch haha

I think Cain Valasquez hits at 2200 psi. James Toney was at 1000 psi and Randy Couture was at 1200...

Based on that, I guess 794 is descent.
