I would agree except for 1) the fact that floyd hit him with numerous elbows (and the ref didn't take a point away) and 2) floyd was leaning his head over the top rope which is also against the rules and 3) the ref is supposed to say time in to the time keeper first before he says "fight"

Cortez never said time in to the time keeper which is why he was looking to the time keeper and he admitted he never said "fight"

floyd should've been disqualified or Ortiz should've been given 5 minutes to recover.
