NEW YORK -- In the opener to the untelevised portion of the Nonito Donaire-Omar Narvaez HBO card from the Theater at Madison Square Garden, Cletus Sedin (4-0, 2 KOs) defeated Jose Segura Torres (2-3-2, 1 KO) via second round TKO in a welterweight contest. The 25-year-old Brooklyn, N.Y. native dominated the opening round, before ending matters with a vicious left hook in the second. Torres beat the count, but the referee waved off the contest at 2:52.
