Yes he is. If your are calling him one of greatest technical fighters you have ever seen and he is getting knocked out by guys like demarco and salgado then he is.

This is true.To be fair to Lampley Steward and Kellerman it was pretty easy to get carried away after the first 5 rounds.Linares was brillant

but for Steward to say it was he was the greatest talent he's ever seen or something like that, is a big time stretch IMO

I'm not sure it is that big of a stretch. IMO, Linares showed as much promise as young/prime ODLH. Crazy as it sounds, Linares pretty much was as technical, an amazing jab, and was just so pretty in there. In the last 15 years it's difficult to say someone has as much or more skill as Jorge Linares. This is boxing though and skill means a lot but it doesn't mean everything. Anyone can get caught(Salgado fight) and sometimes will can beat skill(Demarco). Linares has so much left in the tank.

no hes not. he fought an amazing fight and showed a lot of talent. i think he needs to work on a few things such as endurance and not getting caught up trading with brawler type fighters.
