At the moment Clev wouldn't get close to Hopkins, he still doesn't know how to use movement - front front to close the ring and space down and back foot - take an opponents strength away from them.

I'm a Cleverly fan but not a blind one - he struggled to close Bellew down in the first 4 rounds or so, he needs a serious lesson in footwork and movement and how and why it works.

Otherwise, he fails big time when it comes to moving on to the elite level.

I was upset to see this as well as standing on square far too often.

I'd hoped he'd have worked on learning about footwork and movement after struggling to close Mohameedi down but he showed he was no more the wiser in the last fight.

He's in for a ****ing wide awaking if he or his team don't address this, its more alarming that they don't know what the issue is as they are training Nathan.

If they do know then they aren't improving him with it in the gym and if they don't know my advise is take tapes of Nathan to a top trainer and ask him to study them and pay him to them what the problem is and how to address it.

Most boxing fans can see it so why can't they? He followed Bellew instead of cutting the ring down, then when Bellew moved Clev was flat-footed and Bellew moved away easily.

And Bellew doesn't have great footwork - decent that's it.

He also let Bellew faint and simple jab to stop him coming in. How the her will nathan deal with Hopkins who is 20 times what Bellew is and 20 times smarter too.

Nathan has great assets - but still doesn't know how to use them....

This could be the difference between paper Champ and proper Champ.

Not being funny Frank but why?? Hopkins Is not as liked over here as he is in America (and even the u.s fans are starting to see he's a fraud)
Im sorry, I hate to slate fighters but Bhop has been cheating and crying his way thru big fights for years. (Im not saying hes always been like that, just around when he turned about 80!) There has to be better fights out there for Clev. Theres loads ov other good fights out there.
I live 8miles from the Millenium stadium, but i would Never pay to go watch that fight! Ovcourse this is just my opinion.
