Watched the Hopkins-Dawson fight again, I have to say Hopkins was getting started in Round 2. He was roughing up Dawson and I think Dawson got frustrated.

Hopkins would easily win a rematch. After watching round 2, I can see Dawson is mentally weak.

How many men did Bernard Hopkins while he was in prison for 5 years? That is a valid question.
Philly's prisons lead the countries in in-mates **** statistics and it was worse in the 80's and 90's which was the same time the MoFo was incarcerated for armed robbery.
So again, HOW MANY MEN DID HOPKINS **** WHILE HE WAS IN PRISON?????

Irrelevant questions as it pertains to Boxing. But I suppose a former Jail **** victim gets curious about these things.

Well, there is nothing in those 2 rounds that could says either Bhop/Chad was winning. Single digit connects for the both of them. Bhop is a slow starter. Chad always gonna be the more active fighter until maybe in the later rounds if Bhop could get into him mentally or wear his stamina down by boxing, clinching, pushing,etc...

I can only opine:
1. Chad was frustrated at Bhop's rough tactics
2. Bhop expression after he was down was like he didn't want to continue or was overreacting on the injury
3. Whether Bhop/Chad was right, a rematch would most likely suck

I like Bernard much better as an announcer than a pro boxer, Bernard folded imo and I'm glad Dawson called him out right after. Dawson was getting closer to Bernard and I think he just felt the pressure because Chad was much bigger than he expected even Emmanuel noticed it ringside. Dawson is not like the smaller Pascal who Bernard pretty much man handled in the 2nd fight, he realized he couldn't do that to Chad...

I respect Bhop's creds/resume but not his style of fighting. Depending on how you look at it, it is either he is a dirty fighter or a genius. I would also praise his peripheral vision as he always seems to know where the ref is. Lolz.

All three judges gave Dawson the first round. In the second round Hopkins was clinching like crazy, he never wanted to open up and fight. His three punch combination was to throw the right hand, lead with his head, and clinch. Oh and he was also fighting off his back-foot. To say that Dawson was frustrated is BS, he was in complete control, he shoved off Hopkins because Hopkins was literally leaning on him.

Fact: Hopkins landed more punches.

I wouldn't call that complete control.
