I think donaire's intense desire in this fight will be his edge. Just like when he fought darchinyan and montiel.

Gamboa is aggressive and blitzes opponents. If you don't know that then you obviously haven't been watching him.
I used to b on something not anymore, but I have seen Gamboa's development and his last two or three fights he hasn't rush at all, he gave Ponce and Solis nothing and the last part of salido's fight he took him apart culminating with the two knockdowns in the last round, he didn't get the KO because his own ******ity if you don't c the Gamboa's of today I hope Donaire is thinking the same thing, he is going to get starched.

Donaire by KO if ever the fight happens....

...Yuri is definitely a great boxer but lacks defense against a smart boxer like Donaire. Both are quick and fast with KO power but Yuri's already tested at a higher weight class, Nonito's climb to featherweight is still a question mark. If Nonito can take his speed with him all the way to lightweight...then, it doesn't really matter who the put in front of him...Nonito will just knock them all out silly..

It's a tough fight to call but if the fight were to happen in two years and if Gamboa doesn't close that defense of his, I'd give this fight to Donaire.
Gamboa put his hand down when he is safe away from the opponent, and his defense has been much better, just ask Ponce and Solis how many time they hit Gamboa.

Nonito is best when fighting people who will come at him over aggressive.

He'd probably have more issues fighting Juanma than Gamboa. For the simple reason that he would probably take a longer time to figure out the technical boxer than a person who will rush head first into a counter hook.
These are the sort of posts that make you think "WTF are you smoking??? STFU and GTFOH."

might not get to see this for a while if Gamboa moving to 130
if Nonito can get the fight, he can get rid of Gamboa though
for all his skills Gamboa can be hit
would like this more than Gamboa-Lopez at this point
if Nonito can maintain his strength going up, he owns
