Former two division champion Hugo Cazares (35-7-2, 25KOs) returns for the first time since the August split decision loss to Tomonobu Shimizu. Cazares looks to reclaim his WBA crown from Shimizu, but first he has to beat Jhunriel Ramonal (12-4-1, 6KOs).
