      He's over the limit like you said, maybe they should just let WWs weigh in at 149 because penalizing them for 2 pounds is pretty whack.

      The Sanction requires certain rules which you must obey, otherwise you get stripped, its that easy to understand

          I don't think Poochiao had a clause against DLH, he waited too long to hydrate his body, i can remember him saying he was 143lb's at 1 point in training camp, wasn't exactly a great sign lol.

            Their is no logical reason to why De La Hoya would only rehydrate to 147 other then a fine in the contract.

              Yes, there is actually a very logical reason, that Oscar himself has explained. He wanted to come in light to keep up with Pacquiao's speed and make the fight seem more legit, and did a very bad job of it.

              As JRosales will always be quick to point out, don't you think Oscar would have immediately shouted about how Pacquiao made him come in so light?

                No No No...Oscar had to starve himself to make 147...a weight he had not fought at in 8 years...but yes he did a very bad job of it!
