It does make sense to be fair but to strip a boxer from a title because he's 2lb's over the limit of what he should be on fight night is quite wack.

I don't think Poochiao had a clause against DLH, he waited too long to hydrate his body, i can remember him saying he was 143lb's at 1 point in training camp, wasn't exactly a great sign lol.

Yes, there is actually a very logical reason, that Oscar himself has explained. He wanted to come in light to keep up with Pacquiao's speed and make the fight seem more legit, and did a very bad job of it.
