He would weigh the same as Ortiz on fight night (<164 pounds).

Martinez will be severely weight drained at 154. Floyd must fight Martinez at 160. Martinez would be a walking corpse at 154.

Pac is angry at how Margarito destroyed Sergio, and took revenge for Sergio on Margarito. He was then angry at Margarito for battering Cotto, so battered Margarito etc.
Ha ha ha you crack me up man! You really think Manny would fight Sergio if he beats Floyd? LMAO! I could see Manny fighting the loser of that fight especially if he takes a vicious beating. Just look at Manny's recent track record, when is the last time Manny fought anybody coming off an impressive win?

I don't think Martinez would be weight drained at 154. I just think it'd be better if they fought at 160 for the middleweight title. But 154 is way better than no fight.

If Floyd fights and beats Martinez I would consider him fighter of the year even if it's his only fight that year, as long as it happens in 2012 though cause Martinez isn't getting any younger. i wouldn't even care if he never fights Pac cause I think Martinez would be a trickier fight given his style and size advantage. I probably don't spend enough time on these boards cause I can't remember any one hating on the idea of this fight the way op stated.

If it were true and there is a catch weight, I'm so going to laugh at the Floyd stans on how they are going to justify it.

i'am just baffled at some of these blatently ridiculous a$$ comments.... some peoples common-sense is over-rated.... Floyds biggest fight against ODLH was at 154, Floyd weighed in at 150 for that fight... seeing how Martinez is more dangerous then ODLH... this fight would be at either 150 or 154.... i mean damn people think about it if Pac wanted Martinez it would be at 154 or lower... Floyd fighting the guy period is a bigger better fight then anything Pac has been in the last 4 yrs....

Also Serg started at 147 was 156 against Williams and looked great, why would 10 more punds off at 1467 hurt him... this aint ol ass Roy Jones or Tarver or JMM... its 32 yr old obvuisoly still in his Prime Sergio matinez.,, think about it

I don't see Floyd doing that BS, I will be very disappointed if that happens.
