                                        Ruiz will not win the suit in my opinion.

                                        However, it would be a great example, if Toney should lose the case, of penalizing those who cheat in that manner.

                                        I agree that Ruiz' skill is no where near Toneys, but he was fighting against a man who was on performance enhancing drugs. I would be pissed aswell.
