Even after the floid loss, i think that ortiz stock is worth more than bertos so ortiz should try to land some money fights....like the winner of marg/cotto even though they are at a higher weight class...berto has no more heart as seen in the zavec fight, i actually think that maybe khan and him could make for a decent fight

I wouldn't rate Ortiz that high. He hasn't entered the Floyd fight as a PPV star, and hasn't exited as such. I think he still has much to prove to the world.

I don't think anyone from the Top Rank stable is a realistic option. The TR:GBP feud must still be going, if they can hardly co-promote a big fight nowadays (Canelo-JCC is progressing real slow).

On the other hand, Berto has improved on his conditioning, and has the IBF title, one of the two Floyd really ever cared about (besides the WBC). So in that respect it does make some sense to make a rematch between those two - from both sides. Even if people say titles don't mean much, it sure doesn't look like that in reality. Most promoters are very interested in getting titles for their fighters nowadays.

Yeah that fight will be interesting, seeing how Bailey can pop. But it should be relatively easy for Berto.

Honestly, they should get one fight in between then fight each other.... Ortiz should fight Devon or something.

I didn't think so much before, but yea I saw it after rewatching. Although I'd love to see them rematch, I bet Ortiz would get it over him. IF they can't make it though... I'd love to see a rematch.
