Comments Thread For: Ismayl Sillakh: I Would Whoop Chad Dawson Easy!

After watching the bizarre collision between all-time legend Bernard “Executioner” Hopkins (52-6-2, 32 KOs) and his much younger counterpart “Bad” Chad Dawson (31-1, 18 KOs), which resulted in a highly controversial second round TKO loss for the 46-year old champion, Ukrainian prodigy Ismayl Sillakh (16-0, 13 KOs) is confident that he has what it takes to defeat 29-year old Dawson and to become the next great light heavyweight.

TBR nees to chill for about 12 months and get 3 more fights under his belts....then I would LOVE to see him turn wack ass "bad chad"'s light out.

chad dawson is a lame, he's boring, and he acted like a 10 yr old after he fouled bhop.

I would love to see Sillakh fight Dawson. I think he's got the goods. But I agree, Ismayl's not ready.

This is one I think would be a good fight for Sillakh and TBH I could see Ismayl taking sad Chad outta there. But lets be real, Chads Team probably won't go anywhere near Sillakh, as it seems he could pose a real challenge for the *cough cough* "Champion".

                  The Racker Squad: Sad Chad

Sillakh is a fine, young craftsman who has the ability to take on Dawson tomorrow.
The problem is that he would win, therefore it won't happen.
Chad can't draw flies without a name opponent. He also lost some fans with his child like tirade after the bout. A real champ would recognize and admit that he did not earn any title due to a throw down.
So who brings the bigger payday to Pascal's large Canadian fan base?
                  Hopkins or Dawson?
Hopkins was fouled. End of story.
He deserves to complete a Pascal trilogy regardless of what any commission chooses to do. If you think he was faking, don't watch him anymore.
Regardless of the travesty that Oct. 15 wrought, B-Hop is still a living legend and there will be some desire to see if he can end his saga on a note of redemption. (Non PPV Oscar. You owe us one.)
That's still the main thing boxing has going for it.
                  Possibilities that can become treasures.
                  Just ask Antonio DeMarco.

                    - Absolute nonsense to call him a Euro bum. Have you seen him fight? Sillakh is the real deal. Maybe not quite ready for Chad (who I consider no.1 in the LHW division), but even at this early stage in his career he could hang with Pascal, Cloud, etc. Just read Doug Fischer's gym notes on Sillakh - this guy is no protected Euro fighter.
