Robert Guerrero - My colleagues, how good is he?

Are you guys sold on Guerrero being a future star? Does he have the skills and the style? I think he does; he is a quintessential boxer/puncher in every sense of the word. . . He's not afraid to stand in the pocket, plant his feet, and trade like a true mexicano! but he's got skills, and a nice set of wheels to move around too. . . Doesn't quite have the chops of a Canelo, firepower of a pacquiao, or attitude of a floyd mayweather - but he can be headlining PPV's in 3 years if he puts on exciting fights and does his thing..

Yeah he is very good. Too bad he didnt fight Maidana. Would be a one sided beating with Guerrero stopping Maidana in the later rounds

Yes he's very good. He just needs to get a big breakout fight.

Character decides who becomes a superstar and who doesn't. If he doesn't do something to build a mainstream fanbase we're not going to see him among the elites.

      He is very good though.

he's a good boxer, but not that great of a puncher. if he was, he'd have stopped katsidis.

he doesn't have the power to electify boxing fans. he doesn't have the personality to make others rally behind him.

true. . . but it was his first fight at 135, and even though he is a huge LW, i think he was playing it too cautiously. he could have stopped katsidis if he really sat down on his punches. . . and i think katsidis wasn't as aggressive as he normally is after tasting so much leather from round 8 or so onward. . .

all he needs is one or two exciting fights and he's IN!!! The fan base will come. . .
