I think he put on the weight all wrong. He should have stuck with squats lunges and leg presses. He would benefit tremendously from bigger legs. His endurance would improve he would hit harder and he could catch himself when he gets caught off balance (which he will).

joking or not i HATE this era of boxing.........conditioning coaches. WTF is conditioning coach? boxing has NEVER had conditioning coaches, why now? i don't like the fact that these "conditioning" coaches love to hide their supplements & ingredients that they give to the fighter..........the only thing that needs to be given to a boxer is WATER. just like the old days...........

He's definitely gotten bigger, and he's definitely gotten slower as well. I think that's going to be the difference maker, at 144/145 JMM just doesn't carry over his speed from 135.

He's bigger for sure but that's to be expected. It's hard to say how much slower he is because there's no way to know if he was going full speed with the shadow boxing. Tbh he looked like he was just bouncing around to keep warm before something else.

Why would it be a problem? Pac only comes in a few pounds heavier on fight night.
