                He disrespected Larry Merchant and Ouma has a good relationship with him so ouma wants to fight mayweather for him picking on an old larry merchant.

                    he probably beat floyds ass in sparring like spadafora did and floyd didn't pay him what he was owed kinda like how he still owes the IRS millions from the marquez fight

                        That 16yo kid on here who went to the gym to see the sparring & video taped some of Floyd sparring said that Floyd was straight owning Ouma while calling him names at the same time. Thats probably why Ouma hates him
