Comments Thread For: Donaire Strikes Note with Fans at New York Workout

Brooklyn, New York - If there were any concerns that Nonito Donaire Jr.'s popularity would not be unable to transcend his bantamweight classification, one need only take note of the sizable turnout at his public workout at Gleason's Gym on Saturday afternoon.

Donaire is the next big thing.

    NO doubt about it.

He has more talent then Pac, but less physical gifts.

He's not too far behind as far as physical talents are concerned.

If he get past his undefeated Argentine opponent, then Donaire can unify the 118lbs before going up 122lbs. one step at a time...
Don't rush up things fighting Juanma or Gamboa, take your time in gaining weight, polishing your skill, and experience.

but less physical gifts????? in that he is taller and weighs less??? i think you will find that is a bigger physical "gift" as you put it. they both started at flyweight sometimes i wonder about people on this site if less people made such ****ing ****** comments i would post a lot more. i know its simple but think before you type you ****ing ****.

I look forward to seeing if Donaire can ascend and be a threat.

But I think he better stay far away from Gamboa or he will get hurt.

I think Donaire will blast him away early. Like someone on this thread said, hopefully it's show unlike the BHop fight.
