Yup, and you can call Dawsons act a foul, but it was a foul by hopkins that lead to the foul by dawson, Hopkins shouldnt have been leaning on him.
if a fighter gets hit low and can not continue after a 5 min rest period its a TKO loss, if the ref did not see the foul he can not call it, However the shoulder injury should not have in any way prevented Hopkins from getting up, he wasnt hurt to the head, didnt hurt his ankles or legs... just his shoulder and he choose to stay down... meaning he quit.

No, he is the official Champion. And you yourself have said that it will be overturned, thus he will not be a Champion anymore.

Real Champion would mean him winning the belt in a legitimate way, which he didn't do. It's not really his fault the way things went down, but either way he is not a Real Champ.
