Toney keeps claiming that klitschkos are ducking him etc.. does he not remember that he got tested positive for steroids, drew with shot rahman and then got beat by peter twice ( decisively the second time) which were eliminators to fight the klitschkos. That's why he didnt get to get beat by klitschko not because theyre ducking him lmao
