I'd like to see him go out with a W. Just come back for one last pro fight and make a big promotion using the "last one" act.
Didn’t he do that with Pac?

And what was the end-result there?

if the cross dressing f@ggot does come back there's only 2 ppl that I could see him fighting and that's jccjr, and Cotto, or maybe he could finally rematch trinidad but I doubt it.

On another note, do you guys think Larry Merchant should do a Dewey Bozella, and have one pro fight to shut up Floyd? Lol

Pacquiao was not planned to be his last fight, and it was not sold ot be his last fight either. He had been active by fighting Mayweather and Forbes, and wanted Mayweather again. Then that fell through and he "wanted" the winner of Margarito-Cotto, which he probably thought would be Cotto. He promised the winner a fight. Margarito won, DLH got scared and started saying things like Paul Williams is next, to save face for ducking Margarito. He said Williams is a possibility. Then Roach said DLH can't pull the trigger anymore and that Pacquiao can beat him at 147. There was already a bit of bad blood because of business between DLH and Pacquiao in which Pacquiao verbally agreed and shook hands to sign with GBP but then signed to Top Rank. DLH used all of this to set up a fight between him and Pacquiao. But before that he was saying Pacquiao was too small, it was after Roach said DLH can't pull the trigger. Basically Roach got Pacquiao that fight. I thin Larry Merchant either started the talks or he kept throwing fuel to the fire by saying he'd like to see that fight.

Point is, no DLH did not say anything about Pacquiao being his last fight prior to the fight. It was after the fight that he retired. And this situation does not compare to what happened in 2007-2008 with DLH, Forbes, and Pacquiao. In this case DLH has been inacctive/retired for nearly 3 years, which he wasn't retired for 3 years or even 1 years when fought Pacquiao. That's why i'm saying he can use the "i'm coming out of retirement for one last fight" story, to sell a fight if he ever comes back from retirement.

I hope he comes back and whoops on Chavez Jr.

My brain however is telling me he's either taking a dive against Alvarez or Khan though.

Yeah and he can also use the drug thing to get sympathy from the fans to buy the PPV.

                    It all makes sense.

One of the few honest statements He made to Ortiz was telling him HE WAS DONE, FINISHED. He was done then and ten times more now.
Stay home and take care of your wife and kids instead of cross dressing and getting drunk and hi. That should be his mission.
