Nice to see two top fighters training side by side. But I wish they would have put more effort into it. Roy Jones, Shane Mosley, and Joe Calzaghe were beasts on these things. Would be interesting to see how Manny and Khan would match up going all out with full speed and power.

to critique a little bit - khan is utilizing the double end bag better than manny. . . notice how khan is hitting it harder with full combinations, thereby getting FULL MOVEMENT/RANGE with the bag. . . whereas manny is just pitty patting it with half combinations. . . the best way to practice timing and movement is to get full range of motion. . . it takes some practice, but once you get your timing, you can throw FULL POWER combinations on it. . . lol you can't even see the bag coming back, but you still hit it perfectly with every punch. . . I can do full range jab, straight right, left hook, straight right combo's all day!
