Do you guys think that the Heavyweight Division will return back to it's Golden Days?

Im talking about having big, athletic, slick, powerful, boxers....

Im talking about fighters like Ali, Tyson, Holyfield, Lewis, Buster Douglas, Larry Holmes, Rid**** Bowe, Bruce Seldon (pre-Tyson), Razor Ruddock, George Foreman, and others....

It just seems like at this moment, it is the Klits, and a bunch of fat, over weight, unskilled, no power having bums.... I have NEVER seen such a horrible collection of HWs in my 27 years of life....

I really wish I could see HWs like Buster again.... I know he lost to Holyfield, but I honestly think that the Buster that fought Tyson ON THAT NIGHT, he was the GREATEST HW ever. It was single handily the greatest performance I have seen from a HW.

The movement, the jab, the speed, the combinations.... He is probably not even in the Top 20 HWs of all time, but IMO, THAT NIGHT, he would have beaten Ali, Liston, Foreman, or anyone else in the history off boxing.

I dont think the HW division will ever be like that again.... And that is a damn shame.

I just cant see it Larry..... This era of HWs is making it hard to recruit young kids that have the size and athletic ability to be a HW boxer...

There is more money in football, basketball, and baseball.

It's not the "cool" thing to do now.

Back then, being the HW champion of the World meant something. They were stars. They were bigger than life. Now, I doubt 25% of Americans could name the HW Champion of the World.
