This list is HEAVILY FAVORED for American athletes and yet Pacquiao still moved up from 72 last year to 24 in 2011.

Floyd is not on this list because in order to be on the Power List, you have to have corporate endorsements and be loved by sports fans!! Floyd has ZERO endorsements and he is disliked by most sports fans.
