      Manny Pacquiao is illiterate.

Is anyone surprised by these developments?

Congratulations on electing the world's first illiterate congressman.

Pacquiao looks like he tried to screw someone in a buisness dealing and got caught. Not the end of the world -- but it speaks to his integrity, and his "good guy" image. An image he has worked hard to attain -- and which *******s on this forum vigoruosly defend at every opportuinity.
Pacquiao has been screwed left and right. He has also screwed others in dealings.

The root cause is that Pacquiao is unable to read - or understand - a simple contract.

        The man is illiterate.

I can see how this is very relevant. Floyd's other demand is
Pac needs to put his business in order before even asking for
a fight. I'm just concern how long it would take to patch all these
things up. A year or two? These guys are in the twilight of their
careers, you know. If fans really want this fight, it needs to
happen asap, not at some distant future. They're not getting
any younger. Pac has probably about two more fights after JMM3.

How can Pacquiao clear up his affairs when the man is illiterate and can't even figure out what to do when he KNOWS his promoter is stealing from him?

By the time the clock strikes midnight tonight (Central Standard Time) you and I will have been awarded 10 more Red K's each from these skillful, but disingenous fans.

what's worse than the silence from Pac fans on here is probably the "giddy" and "gleeful" Pac haters chompin at the bit I guess we're keeping score on Floyd vs. Manny's personal problems. Add that to the PPV debate...

Anyway, so Manny tried to screw an accounting firm or he is just plain dumb? Which is it?

I choose the latter. He needs to dump that buffoon Koncz, not even a CPA

He should have an actual accouting firm manage his assets and audit Top Rank. He was actually on his way but somehow he managed to **** that up as well.

Pac is too loyal to a fault, but I say if he loses a court case over this he deserves it. He should probably stop giving away so much money and atleast cut back on wasting his disposable income on ********. (but hey that's his life)

Whatever happens with Pac here he deserves it!

I dont think hes trying to screw with the accounting firm. I think theres no money to pay the accounting firm. Dude has no idea what to do. Hes still under contract with Top Rank. I get the feeling he wants to file a lawsuit against Arum but he still has Koncz (has anyone seen him around camp lately) in his ear swaying his decision.
What he should do is fire Koncz (something that Roach has been telling him for years) and anyone affiliated with Top Rank. Go with one of the Big Four accounting firms to do a thorough audit of all financials dating back to his first PPV. And the lawyer up big time because Arum is no one to fool around in the court room and he has friends in very high places (Reed). Ive been around Manny but im in no position to give him unsolicited advice.

i think its more interesting how boxingscene never reports anything related to visionquest regarding pacquiao and top rank......

and im speaking as an unbiased boxing fan, but when ever something involve mayweather outside the boxing ring, this site was just as fast as tmz......
