Sure Devon! I'd Love To Watch You Get KO'd!

Listen, if Alexander wouldn't pull the trigger and fight against a smaller Tim Bradley, then what makes any Boxing fan believe he'll fight differently against an Ortiz, bigger, stronger, hits harder, coming at you with both hands flying?!!? Alexander looking for a high profile fight/name for a payday. Devon talk tough all you want, but you'll get KO'd in this fight. You should be fighting Zab Judah instead; we won't throw punched and fight either... Just like you.

Devon is not even a real Welterweight. Sure he may naturally weigh a bit more than 140 and does have the height to test the waters at 47 but he's not a 47-pounder. He's better served at 140. He barely got past punching power of Matthysse at 140 in a 10 round fight so there's no way he can take Ortiz who punches even harder. Devon basically fought at welter vs Matthysse who weighed 158 when he fought Devon and gave him all he could handle and Ortiz will weigh 165+ Devon must think from watching Floyd-Ortiz that he has the same ability, skills and mental toughness as Floyd but he doesn't. like Floyd said its different once you get in there Devon will find that out quick.. I could even see in Floyd face after watching the fight many times now that even he was token back a bit by the strength and punching power of Ortiz at first it's just that Mayweather dooesn't fold under pressure like a Devon or a recent Judah..

Ortiz would put them d!ck beaters on em early and often. Wrong first fight for Devon at 147. Cunningham talks **** because he's not the one fighting where's DA???

This Would Be a Hell of a Fight

This would be a great fight. Two 24 year old studs with chips on their shoulders and a hell of alot to prove to themselves and the fans going at it. Do your homework people. These two average a combined 150 to 200 punches per round. Alexander will be focused and ready to prove that he indeed is "Great" by knocking off one of the most popular fighters out there right now. Victor on the other hand will be desparate not to suffer two losses in a row by winning againt a former champ with only one loss. The styles and work rate of these two should create some fireworks every round. Both fighters do not know much about losing. They are only 24 and they are still getting better. They both have these incredible back stories. This will test both their wills to win. I hope it gets made.

Wrong! According to compubox Devon Alexander landed more punches against Timothy Bradley than Bradley landed against him. So you might want to find a different argument to wage against Alexander. Victor Ortiz is not that good. Alexander is most definitely the better boxer of the two. Ortiz is more of a brawler. And a superior boxer beats a good brawler 9 times out of 10. Devon Alexander was just given a clear blueprint on how to defeat Ortiz. Over hand rights all night and Ortiz doesn't even know what to do. Alexander might be a southpaw though. I can't remember for sure. But he could probably use the lead left on Ortiz just as effectively. Ortiz just doesn't seem to know what to do when his opponent is boxing and leading with the power shot. Alexander UD over Ortiz all day.

Ortiz should really consider this fight. It's a very winnable, high profile fight and would be perfect to start picking up steam for another title shot. As far as devon goes I think he's has a lot to lose and gain but with a very high risk factor.
