I like that.. and it's a nice strategy not only for fights but in everyday life.

And very interesting comment from Nonito about cutting weight. It's always nice to hear it straight from boxers. He says you feel like crap and it limits you, that you feel horrible.

I like cool little insight like that from fighters. Things you talk about that everyday and get to hear the fighters themselves talk about what they go thru and stuff..
