what's the difference between barker and pirog and why is pirog to be avoided?

Pirog is not being avoided.... He said the issues are that Pirog wants it in his hometown, have no US television, and not paying him that much more....

If the fight was on HBO, here in the states, and in somewhere like Atlantic City or LV there wouldnt be a problem.

There have been plenty of fighters that turned down horrible deals for fights....

As the MW champion he should travel to Russia and defend his championship for a few hundred grand more?

I understand the sport, as a sport, and as a business... As a sport, he needs to fight Pirog. As a business it makes zero sense to travel to Russia and risk your championship for a few hundred grand more..
