The self-proclaimed best boxer alive Floyd Mayweather is someone who you would think you knew everything about.
The boxer is known to flaunt his wealth through showcasing his numerous stacks of dollar bills, his fleet of cars, and a host of other luxuries not afforded to the general public.
But many don’t know about the road Mayweather took to become the success he is today, and the numerous bumps he had to endure to get to where he is.
1. Rough Childhood
Went to live with his grandmother at 16, after his father, a drug dealer and boxer, was sent to federal prison for smuggling *******.

Was paired with dancer Karina Smirnoff on the fifth season of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.
